We have been a farm since 2008 located between Lake Garda and the mountains

Val di Gresta is special place to cultivate crops. Its vegetable gardens, orchards and vineyards are grown on large terraces between 500 and 1000 meters high, and surrounded by characteristic dry stone walls, where crops such as potatoes, carrots, cabbages and vegetables are organically grown and grafted enhancing taste and properties. The area’s mild temperatures that alternate with the cold winter season accentuates the flavors of the crops of these lands. The roadway that takes you to the Maso is surrounded by these crops, and upon your arrival you will be able to walk through our vineyard and olive gardens.
Our philosophy translates into one word: respect.
We believe in the land in which we live, between lake and mountains, we believe in the people who work the land, in sustainability and in research

Garda Naranch Oil

Olio Del Garda is an oil produced in the northern area of Lake Garda which, thanks to its microclimate characterized by a marked temperature range between night and day, guarantees the optimal growth condition for the olive tree. Our manufacturing plant is located on the south side of the slope that starts from the village of Nago at an altitude of 250 m above sea level up to the farm at a maximum altitude of 850 m above sea level. New trees will arrive in the spring of 2022. The production of our olives are from the Frantoio and Casaliva varieties, which are a valuable native species that yield their best fruits in terms of production and quality. For the milling of our selection of olives we turn to Farm Madonna delle Vittorie in Riva Del Garda, renowned for the production of extra virgin olive oil, guaranteeing a product of excellent quality.

SOLARIS white wine from the Dolomites

An ornamental grape variety of Maso Naranch, pleasantly influenced by the “Ora” wind that blows from afternoon until sunset and coming from Lake Garda, offers a wine characterized by fruity and floral aromas, hints of hazelnuts, wild apples and elderberry. The contrast between the cool night and the temperate climate during the day create a unique microclimate and a particularly favorable environment to enhance the main characteristics of this solaris variety. On the palate it is intense and has a pleasant mineral note, soft and balanced with a hint of acidity that makes it never overly sweet.
